A Full Service Display in New Kensington
You are not buying Christmas lights from us. You are leasing a finished display, and we handle every part of it.
We install Christmas lighting in New Kensington and across Westmoreland County.
Most people who call us have done it the other way at least once. A weekend on a ladder in November. A tangled bin in the garage that half works by year three. A dead section in the middle of December that nobody wants to climb up and fix. Then the same weekend again in January, in worse weather.
- On site design consultation
- Commercial grade lights, custom cut to your home
- All clips, cords, and timers
- Professional installation
- In season service at no charge
- Takedown and cleanup after the holidays
- Off season storage and repair
- The same lights back out the following season
Because the display is leased and maintained, there is nothing for you to store, repair, or replace between seasons.
Design, Install, Maintain, Take Down, Store
One price covers the whole season from start to finish. You are leasing a finished display, not buying a box of lights.
Design
We walk the property with you, agree on the look, and build a design to fit the home.
Install
We supply the lights and install everything. Nothing comes out of your garage.
Maintain
If something goes out during the season, we come back and fix it. That is part of the price.
Take down
After the season we come back and take the whole display down.
Store
The lights come back with us and we store them. They stay ours, so you store nothing.
Christmas Lighting Pricing in New Kensington
$795 to $5,000+
Pricing is based on the complexity and design of your home. Displays start at $795 for the season.
At the floor, $795 covers roughly one or two rooflines, or about four medium sized bushes. From there the price follows how much of the home you want lit.
That price is the whole season. Design, materials, installation, every service call, takedown, and storage are all inside it. There is no deposit for lights you do not keep and no separate takedown invoice in January.
- Size and height of the home
- Roofline complexity, peaks, and dormers
- How much of the property you want lit
- Trees, columns, and landscape accents
Every quote is free and firm. We look at the home, walk you through the design, and give you the number before you commit to anything. The calendar starts filling in early October and November is our busiest month, so booking early is how you get on the schedule.

Just finished our house for Christmas. What a great job they did. Lighting looks great and the garland they use is top notch. We're very pleased with the job and Chase and all the guys are great. Very friendly and meticulous in what they do. Would recommend them to anyone. You won't regret it
Joseph Hayes - Review from Google
Chase and the crew from Laurel Highlands Holiday Lighting did a great job with our install and the lights look terrific on the house. We've gotten several compliments already and I expect many more. Very happy with the decision to use his company.

Frequently Asked Questions
We do. Our Christmas lighting is a full service lease. We design the display, install it, maintain it through the season, then take it down and store it until next year. The lights stay ours between seasons, so you never buy them, never store them, and never repair them.
Everything. Commercial grade lights custom cut to your home, timers, professional installation, every service call during the season, takedown and cleanup after the holidays, and off season storage. If a light goes out while the display is up, we come out and fix it at no charge. There is no separate charge for any of it and nothing else to buy.
You call or text us and we come out and fix it. In season service is part of the lease, not an extra. You are never on a ladder in the cold troubleshooting a bad strand.
No. We attach everything with clips designed for the surface they are going on, so nothing gets nailed, stapled, or screwed into your home. When the lights come down in January, there is no sign they were ever up.
Most homes fall between $795 and $5,000 or more, based on the complexity and design of your home. The $795 floor covers roughly one or two rooflines, or about four medium sized bushes. We give you an exact price after we look at the home, and the quote is free.
As early as you can. The calendar starts filling in early October and November is our busiest month. Booking early is how you get on the schedule and get the widest choice of dates.
Installs run from late fall up to the holidays, and takedown happens after the season, typically in January, weather permitting. We schedule both with you so you know what to expect.
Plenty of people can. Anyone can flip a breaker or swap out an outlet too, and they still call an electrician, because they want it done right and they do not want to get it wrong. Same reasoning here. We are on ladders every day, the lights are cut to your home, and if anything goes wrong during the season it is our problem to fix.
Yes. We do commercial Christmas lighting as well as residential, for businesses, HOAs, and commercial properties. The commercial lighting page covers how those projects work.
Only if you want it. Your design is on file, so a repeat season is easy, but plenty of customers add a section, change colors, or expand to the landscaping the following year. We talk it through before each season.
