A Full Service Lease, Not a Box of Lights
You are not buying Christmas lights from us. You are leasing a finished display, and we handle every part of it.
Most people who call us have done it the other way at least once. A weekend on a ladder in November. A tangled bin in the garage that half works by year three. A dead section in the middle of December that nobody wants to climb up and fix. Then the same weekend again in January, in worse weather.
We took all of that off your plate. Our Christmas lighting is a seasonal lease, which means the lights, the clips, the timers, and the labor are ours to worry about. You pick the look, we build it, and it works from the day it goes up to the day it comes down. The lease covers everything: the lights, the timers, the install, service through the season, takedown and cleanup, and storage over the offseason.
Everything is cut and fitted to your home specifically. We measure your rooflines, peaks, columns, and landscaping, then cut every strand to those exact lengths on site so there is no sag, no doubled up cord, and no gap where a run came up short. Because the display is ours, your design and your measurements are on file, so a repeat season goes up the same way it did the first time.
If a light goes out or something stops working while the display is up, we come out and fix it at no charge. It is part of the package, not a service call you pay for.
Between seasons the lights come to our shop. We test them, repair what needs it, and store them properly so nothing sits in your attic degrading through a Pennsylvania summer. Your garage stays your garage.

Consult & Design
We walk the property with you, talk through the look you want, and measure every run. You get a clear design and an exact price before anything is ordered.
Professional Installation
We show up on the scheduled date and cut every run to your home right there on the ladder, trimming each strand to the exact length of the run. Everything is clipped, never nailed or stapled, and timers are set before we leave.
Enjoy the Season
The display runs on its own. If anything goes out, call or text and we come fix it. In season service is included, so a dark section is our problem, not yours.
Takedown & Storage
After the holidays we come back, take everything down carefully, and haul it off to our shop for testing, repair, and storage until next season.

Rooflines
Commercial grade bulbs run along eaves, peaks, dormers, and gables. Every strand is cut to length on your house, clipped so nothing sags, and the wire runs where you will not see it in daylight.
Tree Wrapping
Trunks and branches wrapped by hand, tight and even, so the tree holds its shape from the street. We size the run to the tree rather than stretching a fixed length around it.
Bushes and Shrubs
Foundation plantings and landscape beds lit to fill the space between the roofline and the ground. Keeps the front of the house from going dark below the eaves.
Walkways
Path and walkway lighting that carries the display down to the street and shows people the way to your door.
Greenery
Fresh and premium artificial wreaths, garland, and seasonal decor installed alongside your Christmas lighting.
What Does It Cost?
$795 to $5,000+
Most homes fall between $795 and $5,000 or more for the season, all in.
At the floor, $795 covers roughly one or two rooflines, or about four medium sized bushes. From there the price follows how much of the home you want lit.
That price is the whole season. Design, materials, installation, every service call, takedown, and storage are all inside it. There is no deposit for lights you do not keep and no separate takedown invoice in January.
