A low profile track color matched to your trim, so it reads as part of the roof edge by day and lights the architecture of the house by night. Better curb appeal, better visibility after dark, and any color you want for a holiday or an event.

What permanent roofline lighting is

An Upgrade to the House, Not a Seasonal Decoration

A permanent lighting system is a low profile track fitted along your roofline, holding individually addressable LEDs that you control from an app. It goes up once, it stays, and it works every night of the year.

The track is color matched to your trim and tucked into the eave line, so during the day it reads as part of the roof edge rather than something attached to it. Drive past at noon and you have to know it is there to notice it. That is the difference between this and leaving a set of holiday strands up all year.

At night it does the job architectural lighting does. Soft warm white along the eaves and peaks picks out the lines of the house the way uplighting picks out a tree, and it does more for curb appeal than any porch light will. It also means the front of the house, the driveway, and the walk are not dark when you pull in.

Because every LED is individually addressable, color is just another setting. December is red and green, the Fourth is red white and blue, Friday in the fall is your school's colors, and a graduation party is whatever you want. Holidays are one thing the system does, not the reason to own it.

This is a purchase, not a lease. The system is yours the day it is installed. That is why the warranty matters and why we install a product we can stand behind: a lifetime product warranty backed by Omni, plus 2 years on our own workmanship.

We install as an Omni RGB certified installer, which means factory training on the exact system going on your house. The difference shows up in the parts people notice later: how the track follows a complicated peak, how corners and transitions are handled, and whether the wiring is sealed against a Pennsylvania winter.

What's included
  • On site design and roofline measurement
  • Omni RGB track, fixtures, and controller
  • Certified professional installation
  • App setup and a walkthrough of the controls
  • Lifetime product warranty backed by Omni
  • 2 year workmanship warranty

You own the system outright. There is no seasonal install fee, no takedown, and nothing to store.

The process

How It Works

Four steps, once. After that the only thing you do is open the app.

  1. Consult & Design

We walk the property, measure every run of roofline, and talk through how much of the house you want covered. You get a design and a firm price before anything is ordered.

  2. Certified Installation

We mount the track along the fascia and trim as an Omni RGB certified installer, color matched to your home, with all wiring run and sealed against the weather.

  3. App Setup & Walkthrough

We get the controller on your network, build your first set of scenes with you, and walk you through colors, zones, and schedules before we leave.

  4. Enjoy It Year Round

Change the look from your phone whenever you want. If anything ever goes wrong, the lifetime product warranty and our 2 year workmanship warranty have it covered.

Pricing

What Does It Cost?

$3,000 to $15,000+

Most homes fall between $3,000 and $15,000 or more, installed and warrantied.

The range is wide because rooflines are. A single story with one clean front run sits near the bottom. A large two story with multiple peaks, dormers, a wrapped garage, and a detached outbuilding sits near the top. What moves the number is the complexity and design of the roofline and how hard it is to reach safely.

It is one number, once. There is no seasonal install charge, no takedown invoice, and no annual rental. Compare it against what putting lights up and taking them down every year costs over the same stretch of time and the math tends to make the decision for people.

What moves the price
  • How much of the roofline is being covered
  • Height of the home and how many stories we are working at
  • Peaks, dormers, gables, and transitions in the roof layout
  • How much of the property you want included
  • Garages, outbuildings, and detached structures

Every quote is free and firm. We measure the home, show you the design, and give you the exact number before you commit to anything.

Permanent lighting questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. Christmas is just the week everyone thinks of first. The same system runs soft white every night of the year, school colors on game day, orange in October, red white and blue in July, and whatever you want for a birthday or a graduation party. Most people end up using it far more outside the holidays than during them.

  • Yes. Everything runs from an app on your phone. You pick colors, brightness, patterns, and zones, save the ones you like as scenes, and set a schedule so the lights come on at dusk and shut off on their own. Changing the look takes a few seconds from the couch.

  • Barely. The track tucks into the eave or trim line and is color matched to the house, so from the street in daylight it reads as part of the roof edge. That hidden daytime look is the whole point of doing it this way instead of leaving strands up year round.

  • No. The track is mounted to the fascia or trim with fasteners chosen for that surface, and the wiring is run and sealed so nothing is exposed to weather. Installed correctly it becomes part of the house rather than something hanging off it. We are PA registered and insured, and we treat the roofline like we own it.

  • Most homes land between $3,000 and $15,000 or more. Where you fall depends on the complexity and design of the roofline, the height of the home, and how much of the house you want lit. Every quote is free and firm, and you get the exact number before you commit to anything.

  • It depends on how much is being installed. Most homes are finished in a single day, and larger or more complex homes can run two to three. We schedule the install date with you in advance, so you know exactly when we are coming.

  • Yes, and it is the strongest part of the offer. The product carries a lifetime warranty backed by Omni, and we back our own installation with a 2 year workmanship warranty. You own the system outright, and it is covered.

  • You call us. We come out, find the problem, and fix it. If it is the product, the lifetime warranty covers the part. If it is something about how it was installed, our 2 year workmanship warranty covers it. Either way you are not up on a ladder trying to diagnose a dark section yourself.
